These chiming key-wound mantel clocks, 612-429 Samuel Watson by Howard Miller, have a traditional style.
Hand-glazed and named after the famous English clockmaker of the late 1600s.
These mechanical wind-up mantel clocks are finished in Windsor Cherry on select hardwoods and veneers. They are presented with a Brass finished dial that offers a silver chapter ring and decorative corner spandrels.
Key-wound, triple-chime mechanical German Kieninger movement plays your choice of Westminster, St. Michael, or Whittington 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 chimes accordingly with full chime and strike on the hour. These key-wound mechanical mantel clocks are wound with the provided key once a week. The middle winding arbor winds a spring that powers the time function. The right winding arbor (as you face the clock) winds the spring that powers the quarter-chime function. Lastly, the left winding arbor winds the spring that powers the hour strikes.
