Traditional Howard Miller Jonathan grandfather clocks 610-895 are finished in Windsor Cherry on select hardwoods and veneers.

Features a swan neck pediment, and a shell overlay at the base of the turned finial.  The pediment is the top part of the case, and our staff loves the swan neck because we feel it is a classy accent.

The polished and brushed brass-finished dial offers ornate corner spandrels and center disc with a stationary blue moon phase.

Substantially turned and reeded columns accent each side.

Polished brass-finished pendulum and weights are visible behind the full-length glass panels.  The pendulum is an important part of the clock and helps regulate the speed.  Similarly, the weights are also an important part and are what power the clock.  The middle weight powers the time and the pendulum.  The left weight (as you're facing the clock) powers the hour strikes.  Lastly, the right weight (as you're facing the clock) powers the quarter chimes.  We've written an article on how clocks work for some more interesting information.
