These unique contemporary Howard Miller Urban II grandfather clocks 610-866 boast a simple, contemporary elegance.  Finished in Espresso on select hardwoods and veneers.

Simple lines best describe this case, which offers a flat-top pediment with a nickel finished molding.  Indeed, our staff loves the modern feel of this grandfather clock.

A crisp, white dial features a nickel finished bezel and simply-styled hour markers and hands.

The nickel finish continues on the doorknob, weights, pendulum and the moldings at the base.  The pendulum is an important part of the clock and helps regulate the speed.  Similarly, the weights are also an important part and are what power the clock.  The middle weight powers the time and the pendulum.  The left weight (as you're facing the clock) powers the hour strikes.  Lastly, the right weight (as you're facing the clock) powers the quarter chimes.  We've written an article on how clocks work for some more interesting information.

Beveled glass on upper and lower door; plain glass on sides.  There are also two removable side glass panels that will allow easy access to the movement, which is important for maintenance.
